Kindly read and understand The Gorgeous Shop terms and conditions:
  1. Serious buyers only. 
  2. Sales are based on first come first serve basis. 
  3. Prices are not negotiable. 
  4. Colors of the items might be slightly different due to Photoshop image lighting. 
  5. All sales are final. 
  6. Items sold are not exchangeable, refundable or returnable, unless shipped incorrect items.
  7. Full payment has to be made within 3 days of conformation order, otherwise reservation items will be cancelled.
  8. No last minute back outs allowed once confirmation order has been made. 
  9. Shipping costs are to be bear by buyers. 
  10. Items will be sent out within next business day once received full payment.
  11. Items are estimate to be arrive in 1 to 3 business days, depend on location and courier service.
  12. All items are 100% brand new and in good condition. 
  13. We will not be held responsible for any damages or loss upon delivery of items. 
  14. COD (cash on delivery) at certain area only. 
  15. If you did not get our reply within 24 hours, kindly contact us again. 

For Pre-Order items
  1. There is specific deadline for pre-order items. 
  2. Kindly take note on the pre-order deadline. 
  3. To confirm pre-order items, full payment has to be made before the pre-order deadline. 
  4. If buyers unsuccessful make the full payment, the pre-order items will be automatically cancelled. 
  5. All the pre-order items are imported from overseas and it take around 2 weeks to deliver. 
  6. Delivery of pre-order items is subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. 
  7. Should there be any delay, we will inform the buyer through email, SMS or Whatsapp. 
  8. For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate the time line for delivery, we advise you not to place pre-order items to avoid any frustration. 
  9. All pre-order items are not refundable or not exchangeable. 
  10. The availability of the pre-order items can only be confirmed upon arrival. 
  11. No cancellation is allowed unless the pre-order items are out of stock. 
  12. If the pre-order items are out of stock a full refund will be credited to buyer bank account or selection of another items and the difference in price shall either be topped-up or refunded to buyer.
